Sprint Contracts Limited takes your privacy seriously. Your personal information will only be used in relation to the sourcing and provision of vehicle leasing and financial services you have requested and to administer your agreement. Your details will be shared with our partners who include our financial agents, franchised dealers, credit reference and fraud agencies. Your details will be retained, but will not be retained longer than necessary. Your personal data is protected by the legal rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulations. In order to process your application, our partners will perform credit and identity checks with one or more Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs).

We will supply your personal information to our partners and they will make lending decisions based on this. This information will be the minimum required to enable them to make their decisions. Typically this will be:
Title, names, date of birth, gender, nationality, civil/marital status, contact details, addresses and documents that are necessary to verify your identity, employment and remuneration information, (including salary/bonus schemes/overtime/sick pay/other benefits), employment history, bank account details, tax information, loans and credit commitments, personal credit history, sources of income and expenditure, family circumstances and details of dependents.

We record and store personal data securely on our computer systems (hard drives, and cloud facilities). This information can only be accessed by employees within our Firm and only when it is necessary to provide our service to you and to perform any administration tasks associated with or incidental to that service. We will also submit your personal data to our partners using secure methods. The provision of this information to our partners is essential in allowing us to progress any application for finance made on your behalf and to deal with any additional questions or administrative issues that our partners may raise. In every case, your personal data will only be shared for the purposes set out in this customer privacy notice, i.e. to progress your application for vehicle finance and to provide you with our professional services.

When Credit Reference Agencies receive a search request, they will place a search footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders. If you are making this application as a partner in a firm or as the director of a limited company, our lending partners may also carry out searches with credit reference and/or fraud prevention agencies in respect of other partners and directors.
